The 2012 Committee 1 spring plenary meeting took place on 26 April and was kindly hosted by the Jönköping County Council (S).

The plenary meeting was also be preceded by an AER European Citizens' Forum on Regionalism and innovation. The event represented a unique opportunity to get involved in a debate on the above-mentioned subject with citizens, regional and European decision-makers.
