Seit einigen Jahren ist die Versammlung der Regionen Europas Partner der World Sustainable Energy Days, welche nächstes Jahr vom 29.02. - 02.03.2012 in Wels (Österreich) stattfinden und vom O.Ö. Energiesparverband organisiert werden.
Die World Sustainable Energy Days, die größte jährliche Konferenz in diesem Bereich in Europa, bieten eine einzigartige Kombination von Veranstaltungen zum Thema nachhaltige Energie-Erzeugung und -Nutzung und umfassen Energie-Effizienz und erneuerbare Energie in Gebäuden und Industrie.
Seit mehr als 20 Jahren versammeln sich wichtige Vordenker/innen aus der ganzen Welt in Oberösterreich. In den letzten Jahren nahmen über 10.000 Expert/innen und Entscheidungsträger/innen aus 99 Ländern an dieser Konferenz teil!

The MORE4NRG INTERREG IVC project aimed at strengthening the delivery of regional strategies for renewable energy sources and energy efficiency through the exchange of best practices and the development of an integrated monitoring tool to measure the effect of regional sustainable energy strategies.
AER, together with several of its member regions, was a partner of this 3-year-project that ended in September 2011.
