Die VRE und die Kohäsionspolitik der EU: die Gegenwart bewerten und die Zukunft vorausschauen

Das Hauptziel der Kohäsionspolitik ist es, den Entwicklungsabstand zwischen den am meisten und den am wenigsten entwickelten Regionen zu vermindern. Es ist ein Instrument der finanziellen Solidarität und eine Antriebskraft für die wirtschaftliche Integration.

  • End 2012: End of inter-institutional negotiations and adoption of the regulations
  • 2013: Preparation and negotiations of the Operational Programme and the Partnership agreements.

Task force on Cohesion policy 2013+

Chaired by Thomas Andersson, Councillor in Jämtland county council, the AER Task force on cohesion policy has coordinated the reflection work on future cohesion policy since 2007.

In 2010, a series of 3 workshops took place in this context, with an aim to produce a White Paper on how to improve the efficiency of structural funds.

This White paper was presented in Brussels on 7 December, at the AER/Brussels Capitale Conference on future cohesion policy.

  • The AER study on future regional policy 2014+ was published in January 2008.
