This year's fall plenary meeting took place 15-16 September and was kindly hosted by the Region of Banja Luka, Republika Srpska.
In the morning of the 15 september 4 different working groups were organised:
9.00 am - 10.30 am: The working group on Entrepreneurship and Innovation took place in parallel to the working group on Regional Airports.
11.00 am - 12.30 am: The working group on Rural Development was held in parallel to the working group on Energy and Climate Change.
On the occasion of the plenary meeting a new chairman was elected for the working group on Agriculture and Rural Development.
On 15 September in the afternoon:
The plenary meeting was followed by the AER European Citizen's Forum.
On 16 September in the morning:
A thematic conference entitled "Future EU funding: regions get ready for financial engineering" was organised.
On 16 September in the afternoon:
A social programme in the form of RAFTING or SIGHTSEEING was offered by the host region.
