As in previous years, the Summer Schools 2011 address both adult and young persons. Representatives from member regions will sit next to those of non-members.
Public will be composed of:
* Regional decision-makers, elected politicians, officers and experts in charge of youth issues, empowerment and participation as well as communication in relation to youth and inclusion
* Young people from regional youth cabinets, parliaments, organisations and political parties who are keen on working togethe, who are interested in how they can get a fair share in the different fields being covered by the Summer School and who want to promote the sharing of experience, express their opinion, raise awareness and are willing to act as “ambassadors” when back in their home regions.
