11th International Congress "Cultural Heritage and New Technologies"

The International Conference on "Cultural Heritage and New Technologies" took place in Vienna on 18th to 20th October 2006, as a cooperation between the Region of Wien, the Working Community of the Danube Regions and the Committee D (Culture, Education, Youth, Media) of the AER.

During the conference, a number of seminars took place which were of particular interest regarding the financial and technical aspects of protecting our cultural heritage.

In this context, we would like to draw your attention to the "Cultural Heritage" initiative of Committee D and to the questionnaire you will find hereafter, which will serve as a first collection of data regarding project work on cultural heritage in the regions - a topic, which we would like to explore further in the future work of Committee D. Please return the questionnaire by 30th September 2006.
