Next Bureau Meeting

We hereby wish to inform you that the next Bureau Meeting will be held in Samara (RUS). Given the flight schedule, the Bureau will start on October 19th in the afternoon and continue on Friday, October 20th (until the beginning of the afternoon).
 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you will need a visa to enter Russia. More details about the documentation needed can be found under: www.visatorussia.com/fr/russianvisa.nsf/step1.html. A comprehensive list of Russian embassies is available under: www.russianembassy.net.
 

We are currently in contact with the Representation of Russia at the Council of Europe, so as to simplify the procedure for our members.
 

Most of the flights transit via Moscow. We enclose the schedule of direct flights to Samara from Frankfurt (D) and Prague (CZ).
