“Gender4Growth” project aims at increasing women employment rate. The objectives of this INTERREG IVC project are to facilitate
the implementation of the European Charter for equality between women and men in local life, and more particularly its
article 27 concerning economic development.
The Île-de-France Region is leading this project in cooperation with seven partners: the Institut català de la dona (Catalan Women's Institute), les Illes Balears (Balearic Islands), Regione Veneto, the Budapest Center of social resources, Timis County, the Greek center of gender equality research and the Lidköping municipality.
The consortium intends to identify innovative practices and to formulate recommendations for a better gender recognition in regional policies.
