The AER Committee 3 Spring Plenary meeting was kindly hosted by the Ukrainian Region of Dnipropetrovsk on the 25 April 2013. This Plenary was of particular significance given the 2013 Elections for Committee 3 President.
Alongside this event, Dnipropetrovsk also hosted the Plenary meeting of AER Committee 1 for Economy and Regional Development, as well as an AER Conference, attracting AER Members, interested regions and partners from the Black Sea and Eastern Partnership area and relevant stakeholders from Wider Europe.

Emergency and assistance numbers
The region of Dnipropetrovsk has set up three help telephone lines, for participants to contact in the case of need for assistance on the spot or of an emergency. These lines will be active only from 24 April to 27 April 2013. Telephone numbers will be published soon.
On the occasion of the Spring Plenary meeting in Dnipropetrovsk (UA), Committee 3 members nominated candidates for the Committee Presidency.
