On the occasion of this plenary meeting, Håkan SANDGREN, Jönköping (S), was nominated for a new mandate as President of Committee 1. Jensen PREBEN, South Danemark (DK) and Claude TREMOUILLE, Limousin (F) were elected as Vice-Presidents.

 

In the morning before the Plenary Meeting the following working groups met in parallel:

Working group on Regional airports

Working group on Energy and Climate change

Working group on Rural development

This Committee 1 Autumn Plenary Meeting was coupled with a MORE4NRG seminar on 8 October, followed by a citizen forum the same day.
