The Assembly of European Regions (AER) and the Government of Republika Srpska invite all citizens of the Republika Srpska to take part in the AER European Citizens’ Forum. During the Forum participants will have the chance to discuss opportunities and challenges faced by young people in Republika Srpska regarding youth exchanges especially for students, but also for all young people interested.

The AER European Citizens’ Forum in Republika Srpska will be the opportunity for the citizens of Banja Luka to discuss the challenges faced by the youth of Republika Srpska and students regarding various possibilities to gain new experience by going abroad. The aim of the debate will be to involve citizens in a genuine dialogue about possibilities stemming from youth exchanges with the European Union but also across wider Europe. In order to facilitate the discussion, local politicians and members of international exchange programmes will present their actions in Republika Srpska about the ongoing programmes in the framework of the European co-operation.

The Forum will be held in Serbian and in English.

The AER European Citizens' Forum in Banja Luka will be held on the occasion of the AER Committee 1 Plenary. 

This Plenary will be followed by an AER Conference on Financial Engineering.
