The European Clusters and Regions for Eco-innovation and Eco-investments Network (ECREINetwork), set up in 2006, is composed of Rhône-Alpes (F), Baden-Württemberg (D), Lombardia (I), Andalusien (E), Ile-de-France (F) and Malopolska (PL) and aims at promoting eco-innovation and in particular improving the financial instruments in support to eco-innovation.
To do so, this project, which is co-financed by the European Union, intends to compare the instruments which exist in various European Regions to promote eco-innovation and eco-investments in small and medium enterprises, in view to assess their impact and to make, on that basis, proposals for new business and financing measures.
