Citizens of Alba discuss with representatives of European and local institutions what regions can do in order to get young people into the labor market, to find employment strategies and to prevent brain drain.
Three key questions will be debated:
- Which new skills do young people need to have when entering the job marked, what is missing in the training and what are the expectations for the future?
- How can regional authorities boost youth employment?
- How can brain drain be avoided?
