This breakfast briefing focused on energy funding projects and the participation of regions. We will took a general look at energy financing programmes provided by the European Investment Bank and Intelligent Energy Europe and gave examples concerning particular funding projects, such as ALTENER on renewable energies and ELENA on technical support. The aim of this briefing was to provide our members with tips for funding energy initiatives.
