For another year, the Assembly of European Regions is a partner to the World Sustainable Energy Days, which will take place on 29.02. - 02.03.2012 in Wels (Austria) and will be organised by the O.Ö. Energiesparverband
The World Sustainable Energy Days are the largest annual conference in this field in Europe and offer a unique combination of events on sustainable energy production and use, covering energy efficiency and renewable energy sources for buildings and industry.

The MORE4NRG INTERREG IVC project aimed at strengthening the delivery of regional strategies for renewable energy sources and energy efficiency through the exchange of best practices and the development of an integrated monitoring tool to measure the effect of regional sustainable energy strategies.
AER, together with several of its member regions, was a partner of this 3-year-project that ended in September 2011.
