If regions want to be at the forefront of smart policy making and good governance they need to have the right skills and the appropriate capacities. AER is committed to improving knowledge and capacity building in the regional administrations throughout Europe and has therefore established a unique training system for its members.
L'Académie de l'ARE offre une formation en affaires européennes gratuite pour les élu(e)s et fonctionnaires des régions de l'ARE Ce module de deux jours se déroule à Bruxelles et couvre trois domaines essentiels, à savoir (i) les Institutions européennes et la Prise de décision, (ii) un lobbying efficace et (iii) les possibilités de financements européens.
